🥃 Guild Wars 2 Level 80 Gear
I made a guide on some of the fastest/easiest options to gearing a fresh level 80 character. Guide is aimed for new players mostly. Some options are easy and instant for fresh players. I also included some options that may be a bit ahead into the game, such as LWS3 Maps. They have some great trinket options, and with strikes some armor/weapon
masterwork – unlocked at level 14; fine – starting gear; basic – starting gear; In addition, each item will have a level requirement, the higher this requirement is the more stats that item will give the most stats will be given by items that have a level 80 requirement. Ascended and legendary items can only be used by level 80 characters.
If you don't want to invest in an exotic set, the level 80 rare set is definitely worth it. jsora13 • 11 yr. ago. "If you're getting ectos and orichalcum from generally playing, it is definitely cheaper to craft." That's 2fold though, since that's basically gold that you're finding/mining.
Rare gear that is level 62+ in requirements when salvaged, has a chance at netting 1-3 ectoplasm. Exotic (Orange): 65% better than Basic, 14% better than Rare gear. Exotic gear starts at level 62 and goes to 80. This is generally useful for everything. Ascended (Pink): 75% better than basic, 6% better than exotic.
Both classes are some of the best for making use of Celestial gear and both of them slap in open world in full Cele (to the point of easily soloing group events, champs etc), so it's up to you. Revenant probably has more variety, since Celestial plays really nicely with both Herald and Renegade, while for Guardian you're mostly looking at Cele
I see tons of newbies in CN server put their expensive infusions (even chak egg sac which is super rare in NA/EU) into these gifted gear, and finally found it impossible to get their infusions back.
Guild Wars 2: Boosted Necro to lvl 80. I just boosted my necromancy to level 80. I’m wondering about what builds people use that are still relevant. Currently I have the full “rabid winged” set I got with the boost. I’m new to the game so any help is appreciated. Check out metabattle for competitive, open world and meta builds.
Yeah, 5G and 5 Guild Commendations will buy you an exotic Guild Assassin's Backpack that has the berserkers stats. The vendor is in LA by the bank. 1. EpicRisc. • 11 yr. ago. You can get exotic lvl80 Back items in Orr as soon as the temples are clear or from fractals. 3. Darabolok. • 11 yr. ago.
Put down your earth storm/aoe. when they come to you, do the dip below earth so they get hit by aoe at your location. Then use the water twirl or the earth thump to cc all of them. Then they should be dead. They squishy just like us xD. ChmSteki • 3 yr. ago.
Thief. Level 80 PvE & WvW Gear. I recently hit level 80 on my thief and am now working on my masteries (first lvl 80 character). On this site and everywhere else everyone is talking about different builds, but I am having trouble finding out what equipment to get, the order I should be getting them in, and where to get them fro
The more defensive gear you use, the longer it takes for the enemy to die and the more damage you will take. generally you'll get more value out of defensive skills. Guardian can take some very strong skills at a small/no cost in damage, for example: litany of wrath, stand your ground, advance. energy sigils are also very strong.
level 1. Sirspen. · 8m · edited 8m. Depends on if you're doing power or condi damage. Power is easiest to gear for. Getting Marauder's armor (++power ++precision +vitality +ferocity) and berserker's weapons and trinkets (++power +precision +ferocity) will get you plenty of DPS and a good amount of HP. Added bonus is berserker's is meta for
